Less than a year after opening as a one-stop organic shop, has scooped top prize for Best New Store in the Natural Products Awards - the natural product industry’s ‘Oscars’, recognising excellence in retailing.

The awards - which were presented at the Hammersmith Palais - recognise excellence in retailing, and the shop earned high praise from the awards’ ‘mystery shopper’, who visited 24 stores during the month of March, before declaring the winner. The bakery has received a glass trophy, recognising its achievement. (Unfortunately it’s almosst invisible in pictures, but Jo is holding it in this shot - honestly!)

Particular praise was given for produce display (for its freshness and variety), and for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The prize is fantastic recognition for the staff, who’ve worked tirelessly to make the store a stylish, really enjoyable shopping destination, packed with delicious things to eat. We’d like to thank all our customers, too, for helping to make such a success. All of us who work at love our shop - and the award judges clearly recognise that commitment and passion!
